At Stéphane Plaza Immobilier, then at Keller Williams, Bénie worked in direct contact with the Paris property market and its clients. She saw how hard it could be to make a calm decision amid the listings, viewings and application files.

When time is short, people move forward with too little perspective. This experience left her with one conviction: anyone looking for a home needs an expert who is entirely on their side before committing.

When Bénie looked for an apartment to rent for herself, she had no time to monitor listings, chase agencies and go from viewing to viewing. Despite her experience of real estate, finding a home became a source of fatigue and frustration.

She was looking for a serious, responsive service genuinely built for that need. She could not find the support she would have wanted to receive. So she decided to create it.

APPARTE was born from this double perspective: knowing how real estate works, and knowing personally what a poorly supported search costs. Today the team helps tenants find their apartment with method, from the first conversation to the keys.
