Who are you?
Three situations. Three paths to your lease.
Find the support that fits your situation.
Busy Parisian
You know Paris, but cannot spend twelve hours a week refreshing listings, chasing agencies and attending crowded viewings.
Émeraude recommended →Parent of a student
The new term is approaching and your child needs a reliable home. We help with the guarantor file and check properties on the ground.
Émeraude or Rubis →Our manifesto
What we refuse to do like everyone else.
On your side, exclusively
We receive nothing from landlords or agencies. Our commitment is to you alone.
One expert, one number
A dedicated contact who responds promptly, in French or English.
Results or your money back
If no lease is signed after 12 weeks, you choose between a full refund and a free 8-week extension.
Paris, firsthand
We visit, check the building and listen to the street. We see what listings leave out.
Client stories

Antoine, 52
Guarantor file prepared in 48 hours. Three Saturday viewings; lease signed the following Tuesday.
Sarah, 31
An off-market home found through our agency network, never listed online.
Our plans
Two plans. One promise: a signed lease.
